I’ve lived here for over four years and have generally had a positive experience—otherwise, I wouldn’t have stayed this long. However, over the past two years, things have declined. There’s been frequent turnover in property management—four managers, three within one year—which suggests some instability. While the building is mostly well-maintained, repairs like the parking gate often take a while, and there haven’t been any upgrades to common areas such as the pool, lounge, or business center (where even the printer doesn’t work and the coffee machine is frequently out-of-order). The last improvements were made under the first property manager between 2022 and 2023 - since then, nothing. Rents continue to rise, but little seems reinvested into the community. Even the resident events, which added a great sense of connection, have stopped. I used to recommend this place to friends—unfortunately, I can’t say the same today.

I love it here! The staff is so friendly. The neighborhood is great...I am quite surprised at the low noise level with Midtown park. I've never experienced any issues and enjoy being a resident.

It’s a nice area. Location is good. I just wish they would tighten the security. There was the strange guy coming after my teenage daughter and asked if he could get lucky I was not comfortable with that. I guess that’s North Hills for you.

I checked out multiple apartments in the area before moving to Raleigh. I liked that the intake process was organized, my questions were answered thoroughly. The administration and maintenance is very responsive. Security is also great and I feel at ease.

So far midtown green has been great. Only a few minor issues that can and have been fixed by maintenance. Staff is very friendly, but is sometimes hard to get a hold of via email.

Best experience ever at an apartment complex no complaints. Some of the best apartment managers and staff in the world and the neighbors are very neighborly and friendly as well again no complaints and of course the pool and amenities are amazing. And also with the events that happened here constantly within North Hills and solely our apartment makes it all worth it.

Candace and the team were excellent. I had some challenges because I was moving from Europe. The team could guide me through what was needed from me, including all the utilities that needed to be set up. I even rented furniture at the staff's recommendation. The move-in day was flawless.

The staff here is second to none. Candace and Angela from the leasing office, have gone above and beyond, helping us out on multiple occasions, most recently with a misplaced delivery. They have fostered a real sense of community with the events set up in the clubhouse. Not only do they do a great job with the events, they are present and engaged. Benji and Demarius, from the maintenance department, are always on hand to make sure everything in our apartment and the building grounds are in top shape. Seeing Benji at work on his daily tasks gives us a sense of security that everything is under control from the mundane days all the way to hurricanes, heat waves, extreme cold and all the effects those can have on a home. Neighbors are great and we have enjoyed friendship with many of them. Great place to live!

The new management manager is doing it best to fix the long pending issue of the apartment,the barriers ,weed smell,dog poop and very noisy at neighbors can be irritating why you work from home.

To noise and people don't know how to walk thier dogs in the building, they let the dog lead them around the corners and out of elevators and your face to face with a dog , the parking garage is not safe for people or their cars.

Just moved in this week. The leasing experience was very easy with Candace. We love the neighborhood. We signed a short term lease and it was affordable. Ultimately we selected this apartment because the terms of the lease met our needs.

Living in Midtown Green Apartments feels similar to residing in a high school dormitory due to the presence of loud noise, trash, the smell of weed, and pet-related issues. Overall, the experience is quite unpleasant.

Living at Midtown Green has been made especially smooth thanks to the work of Benji from the maintenance department. He is invested in making living here great, is prompt and proficient in his work. He takes the time to listen to any service requests I may have and makes certain to get the job done well. He takes pride in our community, recently spear heading new refrigerators in our building and having one installed in my unit. I really appreciated the attention to detail with that project. He goes above and beyond his duties, once getting me tools to help install my TV mount on his day off and another time helping me locate my lost key after hours, despite not being on call at the time. That is just who Benji is. A true professional who is there when you need him. He is a true asset to our community.

So far so good! Apt was definitely not clean upon moving in, which is unfortunate/seems low hanging fruit given the amount of mentions about that in prior reviews but otherwise, so far no complaints. Thoroughly enjoying amenities and location!

Midtown is a a very nice place to live, you have very proactive staff members and a shout-out to Candace, she is always eager to resolve whatever concerns you have. Just have to be patient with apartment living, the noise and stumping from neighbors above are terrible.

Over all my experience was very positive and very happy with the move. Notes: my apt wasn't the cleanest upon move in and this is something that can not be overlooked. Perhaps a better walk thru on your end b4 a resident takes keys would be beneficial and prevent this from happening.

For the most part, I really like living here. The place is nice, staff is nice and I like my private entrance. Sometimes, even in the back it is noisy in the morning because you can hear every passing car. But my biggest issue is the rise in rent since I've lived here. This is my 2nd renewal and the price has gone up so much; not sure if I will do another lease if this can't be negotiated next time; as I've spoken to another resident who's rate was several times lower than mine (even when I lived in a single unit the first year).

Move in was very stream lined. Candace set us up with our welcome instructions, keys, parking tags and we were on our way! Benji was very welcoming and assured us he’d be around for any maintenance needs. Neighbors have been friendly and welcoming also. Only been 1 day and loving it.

We have had a wonderful experience at Midtown Green. The location couldn't be any more perfect. Dining, shopping, concerts, farmers markets, community events right at your finger tips. The apartment is quite and full of considerate people. The staff is fantastic - they are quick to respond, always cleaning and putting on events for it's residents.

So far, very nice. Would like to be able to meet more people. Great trash service and the halls are cleaned daily. The hall layout is a little funky, and I am still learning short cuts. Soon I will reserve the common area for a social gathering and see how that goes.

I dislike the carpeted corridors as the carpet captures dust and pet dander as well as other allergens that get tracked into your unit daily. The door leading to the parking deck stays broken or does not ever fully close completely. The units are extremely dusty for whatever reasons. The price increases at the end of each lease term when it’s time to renew are excessive. There is a high turnover with building staff lately which is unfavorable. The elevators almost always smell of dog odors. Overall minus these issues I enjoyed living here.

Only comment is about recent issues with the garage gate being broken. Thursdays are a big problem parking for residents due to the party in the park. I did see cars being towed and or booted.

We relocated from Park Central to Midtown Green and I have to we are so glad we made this move. Midtown Green is quiet, and has more of a neighborhood feel vs a concrete industrial living experience. The staff is great and the neighbors are wonderful. Because this building faces the green, it is wonderful to walk out the front door and just take in the sights and sounds of all that North Hills has to offer. If you are looking for the best property in this area for the value, this is the place to live. The amenities are also spectacular. Oh yes, and of course it is dog friendly!

The location is fantastic and the resident events are a great time. The pool being open early is a big bonus. I’m very happy to continue living here for the foreseeable future!

Midtown Green has been the best spot for my husband and I. The building is very quiet and well kept, our neighbors have been very friendly, the apartment always puts on fun events, plenty of restaurants to enjoy, and there’s always something to do in the area. The apartment and community is also very dog friendly, which we appreciate for our pup!

Great location, well maintained property. Pool is nice and pool furniture is in great condition. Nice gym that is never busy. There are fun activities in the midtown green park area just outside the front doors. Concerts, festivals, things going on frequently. Easy walk to a lot of restaurants and activities. Or you can view it all from the lobby balcony.

I have loved living at Midtown Green. My 1bedroom apartment overlooks the midtown amphitheater which is perfect for entertaining people when the live music starts. Along with great location, Midtown Green has a first class leasing team that remember you by your first name (Jessica!). I just renewed for another year and am so happy I did!

I have loved my time at Midtown Green. My 1br apartment faces the green and the pavilion so I get to see the live music every Friday! Such a great view and the community is first class. I love the amenities, the walking areas outside the bldg where I walk my dog on daily basis. It is what we've Always wanted. A little transition after renting homes for past 7 Years, and it feels real safe and secure especially with strict key FOB to access the building. I have Always been real passionate about North Hills Midtown, and now to finally get to reside in the Heart of it all makes everything come full circle. Since moving in, been so busy lately, I still haven't found time to check out the pool and workout room amenities. I certainly will soon, once these weekend work trips are finished.
